Mapapanood sa eksena ang isang nurse na nagsasagawa ng cardiopulmonary resuscitation o CPR sa karakter ni Carmina Villaroel.
Nag-viral na rin ito noong dahil sa hindi makatototohanang pagsasagawa ng CPR na naging katawa-tawa para sa ilan.
