Burger na may palamang plastic cap, inireklamo ng isang customer

Sa gitna ng kontrobersiyang kinasasangkutan ngayon ng Jollibee, isa na namang reklamo ng customer ang nag-viral sa social media.

Sa Facebook post ni Glyndale Draper Rico, ibinahagi niya ang larawan ng burger na ayon sa kanya ay may kasamang plastic cap sa loob.

Sa caption ng post, sinabi niyang nangyari ang insidente noong May 31.

“Before there was a Jollibee fried chicken towel, I received a cheesy bacon burger with plastic cap!😲😠😡

“Thanks to JOLLIBEE BAUTISTA.”

Agad dinagsa ng comments ang nasabing post.

May isang nagtanong kung inireklamo na ba ni Glyndale ang nangyari.

Sinagot naman ito ni Glyndale at sinabi naman niyang nakausap na niya ang branch manager.

Aniya:

“Tumawag ang branch manager.papalitan daw ang order ko or refund na lang at may kasamang sundae pakonswelo daw😁😂 kiddie party lang.seryoso sya ah.”

As of this writing, wala pang pahayag ang fastfood giant hinggil dito.

Matatandaang kamakailan lang ay naging sentro ng kontrobersiya ang Jollibee matapos mag-viral ang reklamo ng isang customer na nabigyan ng “fried towel” sa halip na Chickenjoy na inorder nito.

Sa post ni Alique Perez, ibinahagi niya ang tinawag niyang “disturbing” experience.

“Just something that frustrated me this late. We had Jollibee delivered via grab. Ordered chicken for my son, while I was trying to get him a bite, I found it super hard to even slice. Tried opening it up with my hands and to my surprise a deep fried towel.”

“This is really disturbing… How the hell do you get the towel in the batter and even fry it!?!? Yung totoo?”

“I really thought that the post complaining about weird stuff in their orders were just all made up, now I know that it really happens! So disgusting and embarrassing… to think that you’re even branched in BGC. There’s a first for everything. And this has been the worst first!”

Agad namang naglabas ng pahayag ang Jollibee kaugnay nito.

“This concerns the customer complaint on food ordered late evening of June 1 from a franchised store in Bonifacio Global City. We are deeply concerned about this matter and have conducted a thorough investigation on the incident. It is unfortunate that deviations from Jollibee’s standard food preparation procedures occurred on the part of certain personnel of the store.”

Ipinag-utos na rin ang pansamantalang pagsasara ng BGC branch na ito.
