Viral ngayon sa social media ang video ng pagbabakuna sa isang vaccination site sa Makati.
Una nang ini-upload ng isang netizen ang nasabing video sa Twitter.
As of this writing, naka-private na ang Twitter account ng nasabing netizen ngunit may iba nang nakakuha ng kopya ng video at nag-upload ulit nito.
Sa nasabing video, makikita na bagama’t naitusok sa braso ang injection, hindi naman napindot ang plunger para mailabas ang laman ng bakuna.

Samantala, naglabas na ng official statement ang Department of Health (DOH) hinggil sa nasabing video.
“The DOH is aware of the circulating video of a prospective recipient who failed to receive a proper dose of C0VlD-I9 vaccine. This is a clear breach of vaccination protocol.
“The vaccine recipient, who was filming the incident, noticed that the healthcare worker failed topush the contents of the syringe. The vaccination site was quick to address the mistake and she was successfully vaccinated after showing the video to the vaccination team.
“The department is investigating this breach in the vaccination protocol in coordination with the local government unit concerned, and reminds all vaccinators to take extra care and attention during inoculation.”
