Kakai Bautista, binalaan ng kampo ni Mario Maurer

Nakatanggap ng demand letter ang singer-comedienne si Kakai Bautista mula sa kampo ng Thai actor na si Mario Maurer.

Ito ay may kinalaman sa matagal nang napapabalitang closeness umano ng dalawa na nagkasama sa 2012 Star Cinema movie na “Suddenly It’s Magic.”

Ang sulat ay mula sa legal counsel ng Kwaonhar Nine Nine Co., Ltd., ang kumpanya na nagma-manage ng showbiz career ng Thai actor.

Ito ay demanding to Cease, Desist and Refrain from further use and reference of the name of Mario Maurer.

Ayon sa sulat, nakarating sa kampo ng Thai actor ang umano’y panggagamit ni Kakai sa pangalan nito.

Itinanggi rin nila ang lahat ng mga sinasabi ni Kakai sa mga interviews nito noon kaugnay ng closeness nilang dalawa at ang pagsasabi ng aktor ng “I love you” sa aktres.

Thus, we would like to confirm that all the statements made by Catherine ‘Kakai’ Bautista are hereby denied as the same are all false and untrue.

By so using the name of our talent, Catherine ‘Kakai’ Bautista is improperly exploiting the name, image and reputation of Mario Maurer and his manager, and may be violating existing laws of the Republic of the Philippines and the Kingdom of Thailand.

Hinihiling nilang tigilan na ni Kakai ang umano’y panggagamit sa pangalan ng aktor, gayundin ang pagsagot sa sulat at pagsunod sa mga nakasaad dito.

Should you fail to confirm to us in writing that you have complied and/or will comply with the above demand to cease, desist and refrain under this letter hereof, our talent, Kwaonhar and its staffs will have no other alternative but to pursue (without any further notice to you) formal claims against your talent tp protect his rights to the broadest extent.

If you fail to comply with the foregoing, Kwaonhar reserves all of its legitimate right to claim for other damages and expenses incurred as a result of this matter. You should govern your contracted talent accordingly and responsibly.
