Nananatiling tikom ang bibig ni Yen Santos sa kabila ng pagkakadawit ng pangalan niya sa hiwalayang Paolo Contis at LJ Reyes.
Si Yen ang leading lady ni Paolo sa pelikulang “A Faraway Land” at siya rin ang itinuturong third party umano sa nasabing hiwalayan.
Una nang kinumpirma ni LJ sa isang interview kay Boy Abunda ang hiwalayan nila ni Paolo.
Kamakailan naman ay naglabas na rin ng pahayag si Paolo hinggil sa issue.
“Aaminin ko, naging marupok at gago ako sa ilang taon naming pagsasama. I’m not proud of it. For that, I’m sincerely sorry. I’m truly ashamed of my actions.”
Bagama’t inamin inako niya ang pagkakamali tungkol sa third party, nilinaw niyang hindi si Yen ang dahilan ng hiwalayan nila ni LJ.
“She was never the reason of our break up. I was. Kung matagal na kaming hindi okay ni LJ, it was mainly because of me. Masyado niyo siyang diniin sa issue na to. Pati pag promote namin ng movie nabahiran na ng kung anu ano.”
Nilinaw rin niya ang tungkol sa pagkikita nila ni Yen sa Baguio pagkatapos umalis ng bansa ni LJ.
“When LJ left for the States with the kids, I went to Baguio for 3 days dahil ayaw ko sa Manila at gusto kong makapag isip isip. Naging insensitive ako about the possible effects nung issue and I invited Yen for a day para may makausap since malapit lang siya sa North din. She went there as a friend. Hindi ko naisip na madadamay siya ng ganito. I’m sorry for this.”

Sa kabila ng lahat ng ito, wala pa ring inilalabas na pahayag si Yen tungkol sa issue.
Ayon sa inilabas na artikulo ng entertainment website na pep.ph, “feeling down” umano ngayon ang aktres hinggil sa pagkakadawit ng pangalan niya sa hiwalayang Paolo at LJ.
“No comment” na rin daw muna ang aktres sa kontrobersiya.
Samantala, tila hindi kumbinsido ang netizens sa naging pahayag ni Paolo tungkol sa pagkakadamay ng pangalan ni Yen sa hiwalayan nila ni LJ.
