Pormal nang nagpaalam si Kim Atienza o mas kilala bilang Kuya Kim sa TV Patrol at ABS-CBN matapos ang halos dalawang dekada nitong pagbabalita ng ulat-panahon.
Sa TV Patrol kagabi, October 1, ay nagpahayag na rin siya ng pasasalamat sa lahat ng mga nakatrabaho niya sa mahabang panahon.
Matapos ang halos 2 dekada ng paghahatid ng ulat panahon at kaalaman sa TV Patrol, namaalam na si Kuya Kim Atienza sa Kapamilya network.
Nagpasalamat naman si Kuya Kim sa mga nakatrabaho niya sa ABS-CBN sa mahabang panahon.

Una nang napabalita ang paglipat niya sa GMA-7 at mas lalong umugong ang balitang ito nang kumalat na rin sa social media ang ilang larawan at video ng unang shoot niya para sa isang programa sa kabilang istasyon.
Sa kanyang pagpapapaalam, pinasalamatan siya ng ABS-CBN na anging tahanan niya sa loob ng 17 taon.
